[1] This is a dedication by a husband and wife of a statue of their infant son (named in l. 1) to Eileithyia, the goddess of childbirth. There is a cutting in the top of the base to receive the statue. The lettering is close to the style of the "Cutter of IG II² 1706", whose work is datable to between 229/8 and ca. 203 BC (Tracy, ALC 49, 264).
