of - proposed: concerning what the prytany of AntigonisI reports about the sacrifices (tōn hierōn) which they made before
(5) the Assemblies . . . . . . , for good fortune, the People shall decide: the People shall accept the good things the prytany declares occurred in the sacrifices (tois hierois) which they made for the health and preservation of the the Council and the People, and since the prytany [made
all the sacrifices that fell to them well and with love of honour (philotimōs), and] managed all other matters
in their prytany that the laws and decrees of the People prescribed, to praise the prytany
(10) of AntigonisI, . . . , and to crown them with a gold
crown according to the law; and the prytany secretary shall inscribe this decree
on a stone stele and stand it . . . ; and for the making of the
[stele the board of administrators (tous epi tei dioikēsei) shall allocate the expenditure accrued].
Decree 2 (Council) . . . proposed: since the prytany of AntigonisI, after praising
(15) and crowning him, declare to the Council that the treasurer they appointed from themselves has performed
the sacrifices, as many as fell in the prytany, and managed all other matters that
the laws and decrees of the People prescribed for him . . . doing what is in the (People's) interests,
for good fortune, the Council shall decide: to praise the treasurer Antikrates son of Amphias of Gargettos [for his piety to the gods and his love of honour (philotimias) for] his tribe; and the prytany secretary
(20) shall inscribe this decree and stand it . . . , so that all may know
