IG II³ 4 800 Date: ca. 15 - 40 AD

Aphrodisios son of – of Leukonoe, on behalf of [his son] Eutychides, dedicated to Asklepios [and Hygieia], as a thank-offering (charistērion) in the priesthood of Theophilos son of Eudoxos (5) of Eleusis, this statuette (agalmation).^[1]

[1] This statue base was dedicated in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis (on which, see IG II³ 4, 665). The dedicator is not otherwise attested. The priest appears also in IG II³ 4, 801 and I Eleusis 331, which indicates that he was active in the reign of Tiberius (r. 14 - 37 AD). There is a cutting on top for inserting the statuette, which presumably depicted Asklepios or Hygieia.
