(5) . . . for those who seek public fame (eis ta koina philodoxousi) . . . the Council shall decide, that the presiding committee
allotted for the forthcoming Assembly shall place these matters on the agenda,
and submit the opinion of the Council to the People, that it seems good
to the Council to [grant] to -ios son of Androkydes of Berenikidai
(10) . . . , as he thinks right (axioi), and to praise
him and crown him with a [gold] crown according to the law for his piety
towards the gods and his love of honour towards the Athenian Council and People; and the prytany secretary
shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele
(15) and stand it [on the acropolis?]; and the treasurers
[of the military fund?] shall allocate for inscribing and [setting up?] the stele
the expenditure accrued.
