Honours for the prytany of Erechtheis

. . . - proposed: since the prytany of ErechtheisI and those who enjoy permanent dining rights (aeisitoi), having praised and crowned
the treasurer, whom they chose from among themselves, - of Kephisia, report to the Council
that he performed all the proper sacrifices in the prytany
(5) on behalf of the Council and the People and children and women,
and managed everything else well (kalōs) and with love of honour (philotimōs),
for good fortune, the Council shall decide, to praise the treasurer, - son of
Asklepiades of Kephisia and crown him with a foliage crown, and praise also
the secretary, whom they chose from among themselves, -, and
(10) praise and crown the treasurer of the Council for his good will (eunoias) towards
them, Tacheas son of Ly- . . . , and to praise and crown
also the priest of the eponymous . . . and the secretary
of the Council and the People . . . and the under-
secretary Sosi- . . . and the herald of the Council and the
(15) People, Eukles son of Eukles of Berenikidai and the pipe-player, Neokles son of
Asklepiades of Berenikidai; and the prytany secretary shall inscribe this decree
on a stone stele . . . . . .
