Polyeuktos son of Sostratos of Sphettos[1] proposed: since Dionysios previously announced to the (10) People that he would donate three thousand medimnoi, should it be needed,[2] and . . . in [the] previous [grain shortage?] . . . . . . . . .

(15) . . . and he shall be liable to military service and pay capital taxes (eisphoras) with the Athenians; and the secretary of the Council shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele and stand it on (20) the acropolis; and for inscribing the stele the treasurer of the People shall give 30 (?) drachmas from the People's fund for expenditure on decrees.
