        will?][1] towards the Athenian People [and to crown (them) with a gold]  (10) crown according to the law;[2] [and to praise the ambassadors of]  Elaia who have now come[3]  . . .   - son of -es, Echeboulos  . . .   - son of -otheos and to crown [each of them with a foliage crown];
        and the prytany secretary shall inscribe
        (15) this [decree on a stone stele and stand it on the acropolis, where]  the earlier inscription is inscribed; [and to inscribe in addition]  on the same [stele]  . . .    . . .
