[1] This is the upper part of a circular plaque with a relief depicting a coiled snake. Snakes were particularly associated with Asklepios. This, along with the findspot, makes it most likely that this was dedicated in the Asklepieion on the south slope of the Acropolis. Pythodelos also dedicated IG II³ 4, 676.
