[1] Mneseides was also honoured by decrees of soldiers stationed at Rhamnous: I Rhamnous 413, which includes the former I Rhamnous 53, and relates to a tenure of the generalship of the coast, but also mentions tenure of a different generalship in 219/8 BC, and I Rhamnous 50, which relates to a tenure of the generalship for the coast after 207/6 BC, and also refers to earlier offices (see notes thereto for fuller discussion). This decree, proposed by a demesman of Rhamnous, was accordingly passed by the deme Rhamnous, most likely, as was common, jointly with other Athenian residents. The proposer was also member of the commission responsible for inscribing I Rhamnous 39 of ca. 218 BC, and as proposer of the very fragmentary I Rhamnous 37.
