[1] Textual Note Preserved is the end of a list of leases which followed on the stone the decrees in SEG 24.151. AIO follows the text of SEG 24.152 as amended from autopsy by Papazarkadas, ZPE 159, 2007, 155-160 (SEG 57.131) and Pernin (cf. the Textual Note to SEG 24.151). Pernin's text of this, the second, section of the inscription does not differ from Papazarkadas'. 1 [μεμίσθωται ἐσχατι]ά ? ("leased an outlying estate [eschatia]") Pap., comparing 2 μεμίσθωται φελλεὺς ("leased a rocky estate [phelleus]").

This section of the inscription apparently contained the list of leases by the deme Teithras "in perpetuity" (kat(h)apax) which was required to be inscribed under the provisions of the preceding decrees of the deme, SEG 24.151, 4-5. The list does not, however, follow the stipulation that the rents are also to be inscribed that appears in the version of this clause at ll. 21-24 of the decrees. The term, phelleus, meaning a "rocky piece of land", used for the first fully preserved entry in the list (2-3) is also the basis for the name of an estate, Phelleis, leased by the deme Aixone in IG II² 2492. The word, and the related term used for marginal land, eschatia, tentatively restored by Papazarkadas for the partially preserved first entry on the list, are also discussed by J. A. Krasilnikoff, ZPE 167, 2008, 37-49 (SEG 58.37), following, however, the reading, [φ]ε[λ]λέως (i.e. genitive), which has been superseded in our text by the readings of Papazarkadas and Pernin. This estate was leased jointly by a demesman of Teithras and one from Oa, the location of which is not precisely known, but which may well have been in the neighbourhood of Teithras (cf. IG II² 2394).

None of the lessees named in this list is otherwise known; for the date of the inscription see the notes to SEG 24.151.
