shall decide: it shall not be permitted
for any of the generals to
(5) reconcile them with those within the city
without the agreement of the People of
Athens; nor shall anyone be permitted
to bring back to Erythrai any exiles whom the
(10) the Erythraians have expelled
without the agreement of the People of Erythrai;
and concerning not giving up
the Erythraians to the barbarians,
to reply to the Erythraians (15)that the People of Athens has decided . . . . . . [1]
