Honours for the prytany of Aigeis

. . . and have made all the customary sacrifices in the prytany on behalf of the Council and the People, and have taken care also of everything else well and with love of honour (philotimōs), for good fortune, the Council shall decide, to praise the treasurer, Sogenes son of - of Erchia, and to praise also the secretary . . . (5) and the priest of the eponymous . . . and the secretary of the Council and the People . . . and the under-secretary . . . and the herald of the Council and the People, Eukles of Berenikidai, and the pipe-player, Neokles of Berenikidai; and the prytany secretary shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele and stand it [in the prytanikon]; and for the inscribing and (10) the setting up the administrator (ton epi tei dioikēsei) shall allocate the expense accrued.
