[1] This kioniskos in the British Museum is part of the Elgin collection (cf. AIUK 4.1, no. 2). On this style of monument see no. 57, with notes. Theodotos' home polis of Antioch is usually taken to refer to Syrian Antioch when found at Athens, but there were several other cities of this name (see AIUK 4.6, no. 66 for a similar problem of identifying people from Herakleia).
