[1] This fragment from the right portion of a dedication bears a dedicatory inscription in dactylic hexameters. The identification of the dedicant as Asklepios is based on the formula in l. 1 and the findspot near the Asklepieion. The advice the dedicator refers to was probably received in a dream (cf. IG II³ 4, 718). On the Asklepieion and its inscriptions, see IG II³ 4, 665. The first line might be metrical.
