         In the archonship of Hegemon (327/6),
        in the - prytany,
        of HippothontisVIII, for which Autokles
        son of Autias of Acharnai  (5) was secretary. On the penultimate day (deuterai phthinontos),
        the twenty-sixth
        of the prytany. Principal
        Assembly. Of the presiding committee (proedrōn)   . . .  was putting to the vote.
        (10) The People decided:

         . . .    . . .    . . .  envoy
        (15)  . . .    . . .    . . .    . . .    . . .   (20)  . . .    . . .    . . .    . . .  happened to be present, and
        previously his ancestors
        (25) Pharnabazos[1] and Artabazos[2]  continued to benefit
        the Athenian People
        and were useful to the
        People in the wars;
        (30) and the father of Thymondas,[3] Mentor,[4]  rescued the Greeks
        who were campaigning in Egypt,
        when Egypt was captured
        by the Persians; to praise
        (35) him and crown him
        with a gold crown for his
        excellence (aretēs)  . . .
