Decree relating to Sestos

          . . .    . . .  -oxen-  . . .    . . .  Athen-  . . .    . . .  the  . . .   (5) the secretary of the Council shall inscribe this decree
        on a stone stele and stand it on the acropolis within ten
        days; and the archon[2] shall stand it in Sestos[1]  in the agora; and the Council shall take care of them
        so that they may now  . . .  and as
        (10) safely as possible; and to praise them for their manly virtue (andragathias)  towards the Athenian People
