A Leptines son of Eur- in Antiochis, the tribe containing Pallene, is attested as an ephebe in 236/5 (IG II³ 1, 1027, l. 69), but the lettering on this monument is adjudged earlier in IG II³ 4. [The lettering could be 3rd cent., as Kirchner has it, SDL].
