Apollodoros son of Thrasyllos of Leukonoion, serving as sponsor (chorēgōn),^[1] was victorious for Leontis (and) Aigeis in the boys' competition, Kleanthes of Sikyon was pipe-player, (5)Eukles was director (edidaske),^[2] uninscribed space Molon (362/1) was archon.

[1] This marble rounded base is a choregic dedication commemorating a victory in dithyrambic competitions at the Thargelia (cf. IG II³ 4, 475 with notes). Apollodoros is known from Isaios 7 (cf. Davies, APF 1395). With the help of his stepfather, Apollodoros prosecuted Eupolis, his paternal uncle, for the embezzlement and mismanagement of his estate in two lawsuits (Is. 7.6-7, 10, 13). Is. 7.40 claims that Apollodoros performed every liturgy, including sponsorship of a boys' chorus at an unnamed festival for which he won "a well-known tripod as a memorial of his public spiritedness" (perhaps this monument). He was probably also a winning sponsor at the Dionysia ca. 375-350 BC (IG II³ 4, 442). [2] On the choral team of Leontis/Aigeis, cf. IG II³ 4, 481.
