[1] This fragment contains part of an honorific citation from a post-Sullan prytany decree (see SEG 28.95 with notes). Kallias was most likely the herald of the Council (cf. Agora XV 286), in which case this fragment would probably date to the period after ca. 20 BC when this became an annual office, but it is also possible that he is treasurer of the Council (cf. Agora XV 287).
